Place a ruler beside your foot, touching the same straigth edge as your heel.
Measure the length in millimiters from the tip of your longest toe to your heel.
If your foot measurement is half between sizes, pick the larger size.

Can the heel mechanism break due to excessive weight?
No, the heel mechanism cannot break because it has been tested to support over 350 kg. Furthermore, our mechanisms are made with extremely resistant materials and lock automatically and safely in the desired position.
Our advice is to use Dorothy like a normal high-heeled shoe, avoiding excessive stress loads, such as jumping or running with the heel in the highest position.
How can it be comfortable and ergonomic at both heights?
The iHeel technology allows Dorothy to adapt to different heights while always maintaining natural ergonomics in the plantar arch area. This is possible thanks to a 3-year research and development process, carried out together with the best "Made in Italy" footwear technicians from the luxury district of San Mauro Pascoli.
By analyzing and studying the movements of the foot while walking with different heel heights, we have built an innovative structure for the shoe, with shapes that adapt perfectly to height variations. The final result is a feeling of prolonged comfort, even in the plantar arch.

How it works:
Returns for refund: You have 14 days to request a full refund. Initial shipping costs (to receive the product) and return costs (to send it back to us) are refundable for orders placed in Italy. For all other countries, return costs are non-refundable.
Free Returns: Orders can be returned free of charge if using the same courier that delivered your order. Alternatively, you are free to choose another courier; however, in this case, the return shipping costs will be at your expense and will not be refunded. Please note that using a different courier may slow down the process.
Exchanges: You can make an exchange within 7 days. Shipping costs for the return and for the new shipment are free only for orders placed in Italy. For all other countries, these costs will be at the customer's expense.Defective or incorrect products: Contact us within 48 hours to resolve the problem. In case of a defect or error, shipping costs will be at our expense.
