The arch of the foot automatically adapts to the change in height, ensuring lasting comfort throughout the day. The pointed toe does not scratch the sides of the foot; our shoes are designed to hug the foot without stressing it and keep it comfortable for more than 12 hours a day.

If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! You can return the product in exchange for a voucher, a different product or a direct refund using the original payment method. What can you return? All orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are new, unworn, free from defects and in their original packaging.
To ensure efficient customer service and to better manage the logistics of returns and exchanges, prior authorisation is required by sending an email to info@iheel.it.
How it works: Returns for refunds: You have 14 days to request a full refund. The initial shipping costs (to receive the product) and return costs (to return it to us) are refundable for orders placed in the United Kingdom. For all other countries, return costs are non-refundable.

No, il meccanismo del tacco non può rompersi perché è stato testato per sostenere oltre 350 kg. Inoltre, i nostri meccanismi sono realizzati con materiali estremamente resistenti e si bloccano automaticamente e in sicurezza nella posizione desiderata.
Il nostro consiglio è di utilizzare Dorothy come una normale scarpa con tacco, evitando carichi di stress eccessivi, come saltare o correre con il tacco nella posizione più alta.
Come può essere comoda ed ergonomica in entrambe le altezze?
La tecnologia iHeel consente a Dorothy di adattarsi a diverse altezze mantenendo sempre una naturale ergonomia nella zona dell’arco plantare. Questo è possibile grazie a un processo di ricerca e sviluppo durato 3 anni, svolto insieme ai migliori tecnici calzaturieri Made in Italy del distretto di lusso di San Mauro Pascoli.
Analizzando e studiando i movimenti del piede durante la camminata con diverse altezze del tacco, abbiamo costruito una struttura innovativa per la scarpa, con forme che si adattano perfettamente alle variazioni di altezza. Il risultato finale è una sensazione di comfort prolungato, anche nell’arco plantare.

Le spedizioni vengono effettuate a mezzo corriere SDA Express.
Riceverai un’email con il numero di tracking per seguire la spedizione del tuo pacco. La consegna avviene generalmente in 4-7 giorni.

Resi e Cambi
Se hai bisogno di restituire o cambiare il tuo ordine per qualsiasi motivo, siamo qui per aiutarti! Puoi restituire il prodotto in cambio di un buono spesa, un prodotto diverso o un rimborso diretto con il metodo di pagamento originale.
Cosa puoi restituire?
Tutti gli ordini possono essere restituiti entro 14 giorni dalla consegna, a condizione che siano nuovi, mai indossati, senza difetti e nella confezione originale.
Per garantire un servizio efficiente al cliente e gestire al meglio la logistica dei resi e dei cambi si richiede un’autorizzazione preventiva, inviando un’email a info@iheel.it.
Come funziona:
- Resi per rimborso: Hai 14 giorni di tempo per richiedere un rimborso completo. I costi di spedizione iniziali (per ricevere il prodotto) e di reso (per restituirlo a noi) sono rimborsabili per gli ordini effettuati in Italia.
- Per tutti gli altri Paesi i costi del reso non sono rimborsabili
Gli ordini possono essere restituiti gratuitamente se utilizzi lo stesso corriere che ha consegnato il tuo ordine.
In alternativa, sei anche libero di scegliere un altro corriere a tua scelta. Tuttavia, in questo caso, le spese di spedizione del reso dovranno essere a tuo carico e queste non saranno rimborsate.
Tieni presente che se viene utilizzato un corriere diverso, ciò potrebbe rallentare il processo di restituzione e il rimborso risultante.
- Cambi: Puoi effettuare un cambio entro 7 giorni. I costi di spedizione per il reso e per la nuova spedizione sono gratuiti solo per gli ordini effettuati in Italia.
